As Chile enters the final stretch of its second constitutional process, the Canadian Council for the Americas (CCA) and Columbia Global Centers | Santiago will host a webinar to discuss what’s at stake in the lead-up to the December 17 referendum in which Chileans will vote on whether to approve or reject a new constitutional proposal.
