IWI and Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center will host a panel on “PRC Gray Zone in the Western Hemisphere” Discussions on PRC exploitation of Latin America and US approach to compete ethically, and how to operationalize integrated deterrence with other instruments of national power. IWI Engagements Director Guido Torres will lead this event featuring ASD Dalton (Policy).
