Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University and Advisor to President Milei. Sebastián Etchemendy, Associate Professor and Researcher in the Department of Political Science and International Studies, Torcuato Di Tella University. Roberto Gargarella, Senior Researcher at CONICET Argentina; Visiting Professor, Universitat Pompeu Fabra Barcelona.
