Bridging Histories, Forging Futures: Celebrating 200 Years of Brazil-US Relations

This event will be a conversation that explores the historic ties and opportunities for deepening partnerships between this hemisphere’s two largest nations. This dialogue will also examine the impacts of the transatlantic slave trade in Brazilian and American societies and offer perspectives on the contemporary role of civil society in promoting equality in both countries.
