Kissinger Distinguished professor of Global Affairs at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and former Special Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Strategic Planning, and Michael Beckley, associate professor of political science at Tufts University and Jeane Kirkpatrick Visiting Scholar at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), moderated by Jude Blanchette, Freeman Chair in China Studies at CSIS.
