At the Maritime Future Summit , leading figures shared their views on digitization and its impact on the maritime industry. In view of the IMO’s climate goals for 2030 and 2050, which call for effective desulfurization and decarbonization strategies, gmec – the global maritime environmental congress – highlighted progress and challenges on the way to zero emissions.
The Offshore Dialogue again offered a perfect framework for the discussion on the sustainable use of marine resources. And MS&D – the international conference on maritime security and defense has looked at a variety of operational requirements and what it takes to keep up with them.
The TradeWinds Shipowners Forum took a look at the transformation of shipping and focused on ship financing, ownership and operations.
